PUMA Pump Control
PUMA is a universal compact single-pump controller that stands out for its versatility and communication possibilities. It can effectively operate both 1-phase and 3-phase pumps up to 12A (5.5KW).
Another unique feature is the PUMA´s ability to communicate with interfaces like 4G or NB/IoT modem using Modbus TCP/IP protocol. In this way PUMA ensures seamless integration with the AcowaCore/AcowaDash platform or the user’s SCADA-system.
Note, PUMA pump control can also be delivered, as standard without communication interface.
SPIDER Pump Control (+ I/O)
The SPIDER pump control offers exceptional flexibility and efficiency. It can control multiple pumps with alternating operation, using just one level switch. Also, this level switch can detect and notify about high liquid levels or malfunctioning pumps.
SPIDER pump control goes even further by accommodating seamless connections to standard pressure transmitters as well as other level meters. It does so by utilizing a 4-20mA signal, with an optional measuring range.
At the same time, with an analog level signal in place, the SPIDER can perform groundbreaking pump flow calculations, revolutionizing the way we manage pump systems. By utilizing this function, users can accurately predict the need for pump service, preventing potential issues before they arise.
EAGLE HMI ll
The EAGLE II HMI display provides a user-friendly experience, equipped with a 7″ widescreen of high resolution and excellent backlight effects. This ensures that the HMI display can always be used, regardless of weather conditions.
Its compatibility with numerous products and more than 200 product drivers makes EAGLE highly adaptable for use with SPIDER, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, ABB PLCs, and other standard pump controls.
OLED - 2,4″ Display for SPIDER
In the realm of modern pumping stations, quick and seamless access to crucial data is an absolute necessity. Recognizing this vital need, ACOWA, drawing from years of expertise, proudly presents an innovative solution – the OLED 2.4″ display.
The display is for direct mounting on the SPIDER pump control and is built with different screen setups and can be operated with a joystick. OLED enables a visualization of the most essential settings and operating data in SPIDER pump control, and provides the opportunity to change a limited number of setpoints.
Firefly - Intelligent alarm unit
In the realm of alarm devices, ACOWA INSTRUMENTS introduces FIREFLY, an ingenious solution that seamlessly blends simplicity with intelligence. FIREFLY is designed according to the motto: “The local red alarm has become intelligent”.
One of the key advantages of FIREFLY lies in its versatility, as it can be powered either by batteries or a fixed 3V DC source. This adaptability ensures seamless integration into various setups, catering to diverse preferences. FIREFLY operates with heightened efficiency, sending crucial pump alarms and high-water level switch data directly to the SCADA-system via AcowaCore.
FIREFLY is equipped with 2 digital inputs and 1 analogue input ranging from 0 to 10V DC, which enables precise pump current measurements.
